Cat Wall Mounts come with wall screws, you will need local carpenter to install them, we don't do the installation

We make on order and we incorporate your customizations therefore order cancellation is not possible

Transit time provided at the time of order placement is just an estimate and we are not liable for delays by our shipping partner. Any shipping delay will not result in any sort of order cancellation

we will bear the expenses for any damage incurred to your product during Shipping.

Chota Pakoda will reproduce your order if we verify that we made an error and were notified within 48 hour of delivery.

If an order of Moon Wallmount has been placed for shipping location other than Mumbai and Pune Suburbs then customer is at fault. Moon Wallmount description clearly mentions that it is only available for Pune and Mumbai area. Customer has to  choose another product/products of equal value and we will ship the later chosen product/products. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Shipping delay due to shipping partner are beyond our control and we are not liable for any such delay. We will do everything from our end but customer is not entitled for any cancellation or refund due to shipping delays.
